How It Works
1. Subfloor Assessment
During the measuring visit, the condition of your subfloor is checked for levelness, stability, and moisture. Any issues that need addressing before the new flooring can be laid are identified and talked through with you at this stage.
2. Preparation Work Carried Out
On installation day, any required preparation — whether that's screeding, self-levelling, ply boarding, or applying a DPM — is completed first and left to cure or set as needed before the flooring work begins.
3. Flooring Installed on a Solid Base
Once the subfloor is properly prepared, your new flooring is fitted on a clean, level, moisture-free surface — giving it the best possible foundation for a long-lasting, high-quality finish.
