Eastbourne
Local, family‑run one‑man flooring service based in Eastbourne. Ten years’ hands‑on experience fitting carpets, laminate, LVT and safety flooring from the seafront to Beachy Head — personal, tidy and reliable.
Why We Work in Eastbourne
Eastbourne’s mix of Victorian seafront properties, retirement bungalows and holiday lets suits our approach: we prize careful measuring, neat finishes and respectful, low‑disruption work. We know the quirks of seafront homes around the Pier and Sovereign Harbour and provide fast, honest quotes for local residents and landlords alike.
Properties in Eastbourne
We work across Eastbourne’s property mix - Victorian and Edwardian seafront terraces, 1930s semi‑detached homes, single‑storey bungalows around Ratton and Langney, converted flats in the Old Town and holiday lets in Sovereign Harbour. We also fit safety flooring for care homes and sheltered accommodation.
Common Problems in Eastbourne
Coastal properties bring sand, salt and extra moisture: carpets wear faster, wooden thresholds swell and sealed subfloors can fail. Older Eastbourne houses often have uneven joists and irregular thresholds that need levelling or bespoke carpentry. We routinely repair squeaky boards, replace worn stair runners and fit durable LVT or safety flooring for high‑traffic rooms.
